   Content lead for WorkKeys Applied Math. Supervise content area staff in the conceptualization, design, development, and implementation of all assigned programs and services, particularly WorkKeys Applied Math and The ACT assessments, contribute to annual and quarterly planning, lead facilitation skills study group, and serve on the CSS Training Taskforce. Led process mapping, RACI, and RCA activities toward continuous improvement, resulting in clarification of roles, work instructions, and fewer “human error” mistakes. Researched and wrote literature review and coordinated completion of the WorkKeys Applied Technology Technical Report and WorkKeys Applied Math Technical Report. Developed and conducted item writer workshops with new clients, while training a colleague in client work, resulting in significant item bank clean-up work, reclassification of items to new blueprint, and the required number of items needing no additional edits. Performed all data analyses for the U.S. Department of Education, including data interpretation, and wrote substantial portions of the final reports, resulting in two final reports to client documenting alignment of NAEP Grade 12 assessment with job preparedness. Led teams in developing training modules used with internal staff and vendors to communicate requirements and how to meet them, resulting in significantly improved products from vendors and improved vendor relationships.
