The Live Sports Ops program exists to provide high quality campaign execution for advertisers while delivering a flawless viewing experience to our Amazon customer. We achieve this by 1) delivering Live Sports ad campaigns on-time and error-free, 2) driving efficiencies to simplify the workflows and identifying requirements to fuel automation, and 3) earning our customers’ trust by ensuring ads deliver the high customer experience they expect from Amazon. Key achievements include:>Launching the inaugural year of Thursday Night Football on Prime Video inclusive of Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI)(2022)>Launching Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) in EU with French Ligue1/2 (2023)>Launching new Live Event ad products: Interactive Video Ads (IVA), Audience Based Creative Marketing, and Impression Based Buying in TNF Year 2 (2023)>Owner of VP-Goal: Launch 98% of Live Sports campaign free of customer defects, an improvement of 255bps, by 10/31/2023.
