I’m a product designer focused on making complex systems easier to use. Most of my work sits in environments where things aren’t clean, legacy systems, business rules, and multiple stakeholders all competing for attention. I enjoy turning that into something clear, usable, and scalable. I’ve worked across B2B platforms, member portals, and high-volume transactional systems, designing for web, mobile, and internal tools. I work closely with product managers and engineers to turn requirements into real, usable experiences, not just something that looks good, but something that actually works in production.
