As a Quality Assurance Manager, I have over 17 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on healthcare software development and delivery. I am a Certified ScrumMaster with a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance, and I have strong competencies in agile methodologies, ETL and report testing, and stakeholder management. I lead and manage dynamic and diverse teams of quality assurance professionals, both onshore and offshore, to ensure timely and quality project delivery. I partner with design and user experience teams to create and test intuitive and user-friendly products for healthcare professionals. I also drive continuous process and quality improvements, leveraging data and insights from various sources.
