   Responsible for the overall planning and execution of the Life Extension 2 (LE2) Project for the Bayou Choctaw site of the Department of Energy’s Strategy Petroleum Reserve (SPR). Directly involved in the project conceptual studies, front end engineering (FEED), procurement, construction, contract closeout and turnover to site operations. Ensure that projects are planned and executed on-schedule, within budget, with minimal changes, no accidents/injuries, to the satisfaction of the customer and stakeholders, and with the highest regard to worker safety and environmental awareness. Function as the Control Account Manager (CAM) to assure scope, schedule and cost compliance in accordance with DOE Order 413.B and with Earned Value System requirements in accordance with EIA-748. Projects duration is 5 years and estimated project budget of $150M.
