Superior Court Judge. Judge Wilson became a Superior Court Judge in May of 2003. He has held court throughout North Carolina and has presided over everything from complex Civil Litigation Trials to Capital Murder Trials. He currently serves on the Pattern Jury Instruction Committee and has previously served on the Education Committee of the N.C. Conference of Superior Court Judges and as President and Treasurer of N.C. Conference of Superior Court Judges. He is a member of the North Carolina Judicial Standards Commission.Ed has previously served as Chairman and Board Member of the Reidsville Area Foundation and Chairman and Board Member of the Rockingham County Education Foundation. He has previously served on the Wake Forest University School of Law Board of Visitors. He has served as the Vice Chairman of the Morehead Memorial Hospital Board, Chairman of the N.C. Center for Voter Education, Board Member of the Wildacres Leadership Initative, Board Member of the North Carolina Clean Water Management Trust Fund, Board Member of the Piedmont Land Conservancy, and Senior Warden of the Church of the Epiphany (Episcopal) in Eden, N.C.Ed is an Eagle Scout and a William Friday Fellow, and he has received the Order of the Long Leaf Pine.
