I am a Colombian-born multidisciplinary artist and strategic leader whose career bridges operations, development, education, and cultural engagement. While my professional path has evolved across industries, art has remained the constant thread — shaping how I think, lead, and build.Currently, I direct operations for High Touch Solutions and Linguisco, overseeing staffing strategy, business development, institutional partnerships, and service execution. Though different from my previous role as Chief Development Officer, the foundation is similar: relationship building, strategic growth, operational discipline, and long-term sustainability.Previously, as Chief Development Officer and Artist-in-Residence at the Latin American Coalition (LAC), I led fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and major cultural initiatives — blending artistic vision with revenue growth and community impact.My creative journey runs parallel to my leadership roles. I served as Art Teacher at Providence Day School, mentoring young artists and developing curriculum that fostered both technical skill and personal voice. I also directed Gil Gallery, curating exhibitions and supporting emerging artists, and was an Artist-in-Residence at Coffey & Thompson Gallery, where I deepened my studio practice and professional exhibition experience.My current body of work, The Heart Series, reflects my ongoing exploration of resilience, vulnerability, and transformation.
