Function as a Project Lead in the design and development of the SULFUR RECOVERY UNIT as part of phase 1, package 4 FEL, to built a new refinery in Dos Bocas Tabasco, Mexico, estimating cost at 8 Billion dollars. Responsibilities included:*Layout and coordination of process and utility equipment and associated critical piping.*Overall responsibility for SRU Project documentation deliverables: Equipment Layout, Piping Plans, Rack Piping, Stress critical piping isometrics, and Piping Specifications to conform to industry and Project Standards. All work conducted and coordinated from KBR Newark and Worley Parsons Mexico City offices utilizing SP3D SKYPE and NavisWorks software\'s.
