I am a community-centered scientist passionate about STEM, education, and business. Scientist: My scientific background spans many aspects of health-related research, including fundamental, translational, and computational experimentation in the fields of immunology, cancer biology, and natural language processing. Educator: My passion for science literacy has led me to teach high school and college students across the United States, including De Anza High School, San Francisco State University, Bard College, University of Chicago, and Harvard Medical School. I have also mentored, advised, and supported students at Harvard College. Advocate: My appreciation for the many that have supported me throughout my academic and professional journey has compelled me to give back to under-resourced communities in many ways, including community speaking and volunteering at community centers in Oakland, CA, Chicago, IL, and Boston, MA, along with working on pro bono, community-based projects for management consulting firms.
