ABOUT EDWIN DELA CRUZ
I was born and raised in the Greater Boston area where I worked a wide range of Restaurant/Hospitality jobs, which included many nights washing dishes, expediting food, running drinks, and serving tables. I then moved to Queens to attend St. John\'s University. Shortly after graduating, my HR/Recruiting career kicked off, and with New York City as my launch pad, I worked in Financial Services, Audit, and Tech. After years of working at executive search firms and learning from experienced recruiters on Wall Street and Madison Avenue, my passion for HR/Recruiting led me on a path back to Hospitality. Since then, I\'ve worked at globally established hospitality groups such as Patina Restaurant Group, 50 Eggs Hospitality, Zuma, and Gordon Ramsay North America. Currently, I am the Human Resources Specialist at The Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) Boston.
