I am an account manager at First Call Parts, an independently owned diagnostic imaging parts supplier that supports healthcare networks, imaging centers, and independent service organizations. I have a bachelor\'s degree in government and a minor in leadership in the public interest from Hampden-Sydney College, where I also tutored rhetoric and college preparation to Czech students as part of the Fulbright Commission. In my role at First Call Parts, I am responsible for every step of the sales process, from prospecting leads to facilitating each time-sensitive order. I build relationships, identify how First Call adds value, and appropriate solutions to customers in six states across the Southern Central US. I have worked in four different locations within the company, adapting to different markets and customer needs. I am motivated by the mission of First Call Parts to offer quality and affordable parts that help improve healthcare access and outcomes.
