As a Director at EY-Parthenon’s Transaction Strategy and Execution practice, I lead and execute complex transactions, integrations, and turnarounds, ensuring value creation for our clients, primarily within the Life Sciences sector.I am responsible for leading workstreams, translating client needs into actionable tasks and deliverables, and managing day-to-day problem-solving and team analytics. I serve as a key liaison between our consulting team, Senior Directors and Partners at EY-Parthenon, and client leadership. Through this, I ensure cohesive collaboration and alignment on strategic objectives, guiding clients through high-impact mergers, spin-offs, and divestitures.Recently, I spearheaded the integration of two $500M medical aesthetics companies, realizing $70M in recurring cost savings through synergy management and operational alignment. I’ve also led Post-Close PMO teams for a $75B Life Sciences corporation and developed comprehensive models to mitigate stranded costs from spin-offs. My experience extends to managing TSAs across 62+ countries and working with cross-functional teams on a global scale.Prior to EY, I spent 5 years in the Heavy Construction sector, leading teams in project planning, supply chain management, and engineering functions across a variety of commercial and industrial structures.With an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, I focused on strategic management, finance, and entrepreneurship, which deepened my passion for M&A strategy, improving financial performance, and market expansion.I am always looking for opportunities to drive growth and transformation, whether within consulting or in-house strategy roles, where my experience in complex transactions and integration leadership can contribute to success.
