I’m first-generation Mexican American undergraduate at CUNY Hunter College, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and my goal is to gain real-world experience, expand my professional network, and advance toward obtaining my CPA License.Currently, I am building hands-on technical skills as a Financial Modeling Extern, where I construct 3-statement financial models, build DCF valuations, and leverage AI tools to deliver investment insights. I am also a selected participant in the EY Expedition Early Careers Program and chosen from a competitive pool of applicants and gaining direct exposure to audit, assurance, tax, and consulting at one of the world\'s top firms. Additionally, I was selected for the McKinsey Forward Program, developing leadership, data analysis, and business problem-solving skills alongside a global community of professionals.I hold a Wall Street Prep Accounting & Financial Statement Modeling Certification and have completed job simulations with Goldman Sachs, PwC, and EY through Forage, with verified credentials in internal audit, fraud detection, and assurance. I am also certified in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and hold a Certificate of Internship Readiness from Hunter College. On campus, I stay actively involved as a member of the Accounting Society, ALPFA, and the Investment & Trading Society these, communities that sharpen both my technical knowledge and professional network.I’m currently seeking an internship or entry-level opportunities in accounting where I can apply my skills, learn from professionals in the field, and grow toward becoming a CPA.Let’s connect!
