I\'m a Strategy & Operations leader with a career built across execution, product ownership, and leadership support roles within complex organizations. I’ve grown into roles that sit close to decision-making and delivery, taking on increasing responsibility for cross-functional initiatives and helping teams translate priorities into action. My work has focused on bringing structure and clarity to efforts that span strategy, product, and operations, particularly in environments where alignment and follow-through are critical. I’ve led large initiatives, translated strategic objectives into executable plans, and built intake, prioritization, and reporting processes that improved visibility and decision-making. I’ve managed global teams responsible for operational performance across multiple regions and helped establish new teams and operating models during periods of growth and change. In more recent roles, I led the practical application of AI and machine learning within operations, including hands-on implementation and the formation of an internal AI working group focused on responsible adoption and governance. While much of my background is in financial services, the work itself has been broadly transferable: navigating ambiguity, coordinating across functions, and supporting leaders as organizations scale and evolve.
