20••••20 managed IT Infra Project for Indian Bank (Chennai) & South Indian Bank (Kochi) for SAS 9.4 ALM for Banking Risk management worth 240 Mio INR.• Managed DC and DR sites based on the RFP and SOW set up.• 20••••24 managed 6 HDFC Support Project accounts (Kubernetes, Pentaho, Hadoop, VAPT, DevOps Tools, & Azure Cloud Support), totaling 233 Mio INR.• In HDFC Bank RM Payout project, we adopted an Agile approach by holding daily scrum meetings involving the Product Owner, Development Team, and customer, structured around sprints.• With HDFC managed ITSM incidents, prioritize tickets, and address issues until they are fully resolved in the DevOps Support Project.• Worked on SOW Proposal for PO renewal and tracking Project scope, schedule, resources, issues & risk register.
