Founded an affordable 501(c)(3) non-profit grass roots community basketball organization for girls aged 4-18 accepting children whether experienced or not. Provide age/skill/experience appropriate teams for hundreds of young athletes with the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game at a competitive level. Develop and improve individual and team skills, promote good sportsmanship, team spirit and club loyalty. Demand high degree of ethical conduct by coaches, players, volunteers and parents to provide good examples for the community, opponents, and participants. Serve as chair on multiple committees and spearhead parent volunteerism. Address, deescalate and resolve difficult situations. Licensed AAU Coach.• Plan, direct and coordinate organization activities. Developed strong framework and policy management. Oversee program budget and policies regarding participant involvement, program requirements, and benefits. Direct monthly payroll, stipends, and payments for trainers, coaches, tournaments and clinicians.• Conduct monthly event marketing campaigns.
