As a company, Niki\'s Int\'l Ltd. is a 24 hour global provider of language and logistical services. Our international network of professional service providers are ready, and available, to complete any language or transport assignments at a moment\'s notice.In my several years with Niki\'s Int\'l Ltd. I have had the pleasure of learning a wide variety of skills and working heavily in our customer service department interacting with clients in English and Spanish on a daily basis. During my time as Customer Service Manager I oversaw the hiring, training and development of our Customer Service team. It was a great experience as I very much enjoy providing excellent service to our customers, and being able to develop that in our new staff was very rewarding.In my current role as Translations Project Manager I oversee all translations for Niki\'s Int\'l Ltd. I am responsible for managing timelines, quotes and translator assignments for all document requests. I am happy to apply my strong customer service skills in my new role, which provides for strong relationships with our amazing translators.
