I have overall responsibility for all aspects of the firm’s IT systems. With a team of four development and support personnel, I manage the operational effectiveness and data security of the firm’s computer systems, data networks and telecommunications systems, as well as the design and implementation of IT projects. Additionally, I am responsible for the design and implementation of business workflows using our Inprotech practice management system.

I have worked in a variety of IT roles in the IP industry, covering IT & Database management and administration in addition to Business Systems development, having moved to IT from an Accounts and Finance background. As an Inprotech System/Database Administrator & IT Manager I have managed a variety of Inprotech projects covering upgrades, renewal configurations, rule building, web client configuration and case data imports as part of case takeovers and a variety of IT projects covering server upgrades, migrations and infrastructure changes giving me a wide variety of experience. With over 15 years of structured query language (SQL) experience in developing solutions in SQL and administering SQL databases, I am fully equipped to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of database infrastructures, in particular Inprotech case records management system. I maintain bespoke reporting requirements for clients, creating reports that are delivered in relevant formats via email using SSRS.
