Internal consultant developing and refactoring system architectures using a model-based systems engineering approach across a number of different programmes spanning the complex weapon portfolio. This was achieved by organising and running workshops and one-to-one tuition- Responsible for training others with the use of tools and concepts- Developed a ‘hands-on’ detailed process using a model-driven development tool and SYSML to show off the concept- Introduced standard architecture framework concepts from TOGAF and MODAF- Honoured with a ‘Reward & Recognition’, ’one-star’ & ‘two star’ innovation awards.
