Providing support to GravitHy\'s growth by securing legal operations for the company andits subsidiaries, in France and internationally.Partnering with the operational teams, the Senior Legal Counsel will be involved in avariety of areas: contract law, corporate law, real estate law, business law, and economicregulation, etc.Main tasks : assisting the General Counsel on the following tasks:• Drafting, negotiating, and monitoring strategic contracts (land, industrials, manufacturers, suppliers, O&M, financial and industrial partners).• Providing pragmatic and tailored legal advice to operational teams throughout the development, construction, operation, and maintenance phases.• Participating in strategic decision - making with legal and regulatory implications.• Contributing to the legal and administrative advice of GravitHy\'s subsidiaries, joint ventures, and SPVs.• Ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing internal procedures to prevent legal risks.• Monitoring and advising on legislative and regulatory developments impacting the business.• Managing disputes and litigation in cooperation with external advisors.
