Currently assigned to BMO, as a project manager for the Enterprise Collections Platform team. My role is to manage multiple technical project relating to the ECP team, including managing external vendors, coordinating with internal technical leads, project budgeting, and project planning. The ECP supports CGI\'s CACS X collections management system and its many interface\'s to BMO\'s lending and customer contact systems. Previous assignment was at Royal Bank Of Canada, as a program / project manager. My primary program is the migration of the enterprise automated lending decisioning tool, the IBM Operational Decision Manager ODM, from version 8.6 on z/OS mainframe to v8.10 on OpenShift private cloud. I work daily with an external offshore development team, various RBC IT teams, and RBC business teams in the personal and commercial lending spaces. The program is budgeted for over $2m annually.
