I am an experienced, pragmatic, and proactive business executive and tax consultant with a strong background of identifying and implementing tax planning ideas while increasing earnings per share, enhancing cash flow position and accomplishing long-term and short-term business objectives. I work with public and closely-held businesses, of various entity types, i.e, C corporations, S corporations, LLCs and partnerships, in a wide variety of industries on their tax issues, including compliance, accounting (ASC 740), planning and controversy (state and local audit and appeal representation.) I provide tax compliance, planning and controversy services for individuals, estates, nonprofit organizations and pension plans. I also have a great deal of experience handling government affairs matters, representing organizations in front of federal, state and local government officials so that their best interests are served as proposed legislation is considered for modification prior to its passage.
