As a contract specialist for the United States Army I manage the procurement process for a number of DOD organizations. In this role I preform a number of job duties to include, Make recommendations for best-fit contractual guidelines.I Develop and execute sound contract administration solutions including monitoring of contract performance and negotiation of contract modifications. I Support activities for finalizing a contract. I Manage workloads utilizing a variety of acquisition management information systems including automated procurement data systems. I Negotiate on behalf of the federal Government for the best value for the Soldier. in addition to this I have harnessed my skills in Business proposal evaluation, best value evaluation, and procurement.
