I have worked in, and now around, public service throughout my professional life.I enjoy being a part of the Sikich Government Services team because I am able to continue to work with and support those in public service in their critical work, whether within emergency management, or the myriad of other government verticals/missions.As the Director of Business Development and Customer Success, I am part of a dynamic team that specializes in innovative technological services and other solutions for the public sector. With over 25 years of experience in the government and non-profit sectors, I have a deep understanding of the complex and evolving needs of our clients and how to deliver value through technology.My role is to serve as the primary executive liaison for our customers, ensuring alignment of our services with their strategic objectives. I also forge strategic partnerships for comprehensive, context-specific technological solutions to meet multifaceted challenges. I leverage my expertise in public policy, interagency coordination, and organizational leadership to anticipate future trends, shape organizational strategies, and drive operational excellence. I am passionate about championing team excellence, advocating for public sector innovation, and building collaborative alliances.
