   As a Solution Track Consultant at Collabera, I lead complex issue resolution for ExxonMobil’s Cloud Managed Endpoint (CME) project, spanning devices. I guide PMs to streamline customer ingest, developing TTPs to enhance post-migration support. I tackle issues in AppGate entitlements, SDP network flows, and multi-vendor environments using Splunk, PowerShell, Intune, packet analysis, and custom tools, delivering briefs to teams, architects, and vendors.In Zero Trust, I analyze global app usage, perform entitlement gap analysis, and build Splunk dashboards to guide network engineers to failure points, reducing reliance on customer knowledge. For diagnostics, I created automation to pull data into Splunk from Windows, SDP, firewalls, and CrowdStrike, with dashboards for log review. For DFS challenges, I designed mass link remapping, automated processing of 100K+ links, and built tools to update Office/Visio formats, replacing 139K references, while leading server teams.I triage and resolve incompatibilities for global business units, ensuring resilience and driving ExxonMobil’s cloud endpoint strategy.
