About Charles Edwards
For Jackson Spading, my primary role is leading our agency\'s Coaching Practice. We help clients prepare and practice for media interviews, speeches, presentations, internal meetings and business conversations. I also lead our agency\'s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. Internally, our team advocates for all JSers to have a DEI mindset, respect their co-workers, increase the sense of belonging throughout the agency. In addition to those leadership positions, I\'m a member of our Multicultual Practice, which helps clients communicate to their diverse employee groups and external audiences.
