   Overview: As part of the company’s IT Asset Management section, I help validate asset information is correct by checking the information from the respective vendors’ websites and upkeep records in Ivanti Neurons to determine whether assets can be deployed for usage or are considered obsolete. Provided assistance to company employees with the refresh process of getting update IT equipment to include computers, monitors, and other needed items to help workers be able to successfully accomplish their job requirements. Selected from my team to be the technical advisor for a company’s Project Management transition plan for Service Desk Applications for Cascade, recently acquired by Cornerstone Building Brands. This required me to assist the Project Manager and Service Desk manager to determine which applications would remain after transition, then determine what Service Desk would handle the ticketing and troubleshooting processes.\\\\n\\\\nSignificant Achievements:\\\\n Placed over 380 Service Orders to provide updated computers to employees as part of the refresh program.\\\\n Selected from my team to be the technical advisor for the Cascade Service Desk transition plan into Cornerstone Building Brands.\\\\n Validated and correct information on Obsolete Inventory of over computers to ensure accuracy therefore maximizing utilization of funds and assets to replace old computers with new computers.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
