About Edward Barrow

Edward Barrow is a young professional in the oil and gas industry. He graduated from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University in May 2017 and started his career as a natural gas scheduler at Energy Transfer. Following his time working in pipeline operations Edward moved to Valero to participate in their commercial rotational development program, in which Edward has worked as in transfer price and forecasting analytics, crude oil trading analytics, crude oil scheduling, gasoline and distillates analytics, as well as crude and intermediates PL reporting. Edward\'s degree is a BBA in Energy Commerce with a focus on Energy Transaction Analysis. The Energy Transaction Analysis degree track is aimed at training students to become analysts or commodity traders in the oil and gas industry, though students do receive upstream oil and gas industry exposure through courses such as Exploration and Production Techniques, Petroleum Land Management and Petroleum Accounting. Attached to Edward\'s LinkedIn profile is an overview of the Energy Commerce major, which has 2 tracks - Energy Transaction Analysis and Petroleum Land Management. On a personal level, Edward\'s organization skills and work ethic allow him to stand out in a crowd. Edward is a consistently hard working individual with great attention to detail, he always makes sure the job is done right.
