Implement and enforce all DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures, as defined by cybersecurity-related documentation to include the RMF • Development, execution, and maintenance of the Information Security Plan • Ensures Performance Standards in accordance with DESMF, DoDI 8440.01, DODI 8510.01, NIST SP 800-53 • Maintain POA & M vulnerabilities and evaluate cost benefit, economic and risk analyses • Ensure that all DoD IS cybersecurity-related documentation is current and accessible to properly authorized individuals • Support and administer data retention and recovery within the computing environment • Participate in the development or modification of the Cybersecurity (CS)program plans and requirements IAW with RMF and IAVA Management to include DISA STIGs • Develop procedures to ensure system users are aware of their CS responsibilities before granting access to DoD information systems; process and review DD-2875s • Support, respond, and report activities for USCC and JFHQ as directed • Support DoD CIO collection and reporting as directed • Support Incident Response & Management activities per SOP and as required • Conduct maintenance and reporting activities for ESS/HBSS systems supporting operations and compliance • Conduct maintenance, log management, and reporting activities for SIEM systems supporting operations and compliance • Management and oversight for STIG / IAVA compliance • Categorization and assignment of security controls, creation and maintenance of the A&A package, creation and management of all artifacts, and coordination on inherited security controls within eMASS • Processes required to achieve and maintain all ATO & IATT approvals • Reporting on FISMA • Compliance and management of Security Incident Response CSSP • Scanning and compliance activities associated with ACAS • Review and compliance activities associate with Continuous Monitoring and Risk Scoring / RMF
