Programme and portfolio leadership, as the key point of contact between Supply Chain function, IM & T, submarine programmes, BAE Group. and external systems integrators.Recruitment, mentoring and management of a team of digital and data professionals capable of self sufficiency following completion of my engagement.Key contributions and successes:Global Source to Pay Programme• Led the Submarines division component of the Source-to-Pay implementation, a challenging multi-business-unit undertaking having overall budget > £x0M.• Mentored the supply chain team in technical and process design principles needed for success.• Managed the relationship with HMG to agree data subject area payload, classification, governance and access controls for the target system.Supplier Data Security - Policy Definition• Identified and quantified the major challenge to future programme success, being the lack of clarity around security policy when sharing data across Group and with suppliers.• Worked with the Subs security teams to develop and document policy, then implemented across the supply chain function within Subs and Group. Analytic Platform Implementation• Led the supply chain function adoption and implementation of BAE Subs architecture and approach.• Defined and implemented the target operating model for analytics. In conjunction with IT and the submarine programmes. • Delivered performance analysis to identify failures and bottlenecks within the procurement process.
