I am a Chartered Business Management Degree Apprentice at Visa, combining academic study with hands-on experience to build a strong foundation in business leadership, strategy, and innovation within a global fintech environment. As part of Visa’s rotational programme, I am gaining exposure to diverse business areas and currently work in the European Risk team, where I support regulatory compliance and contribute to strengthening the resilience of Visa’s payment systems.This role enables me to actively contribute to Visa’s mission of connecting the world through the most innovative, reliable, and secure payment network, while developing the skills required to address complex business challenges and grow as a future leader in the industry.Prior to joining Visa, I spent a gap year in South America, an experience that enhanced my cultural awareness, adaptability, and problem-solving skills have now shaped my approach to working in a fast-paced, global organization.
