Oversee and support all enterprise applications including Quorum Energy Marketing Systems. Oversaw Enterprise Trading & Risk Management (ETRM software conversion. Developed Software requirements document capturing company application requirements and enhancement request. Document was provided to ETRM vendors to aid in understanding what was required. For training purposes and ease of onboarding created knowledge base repository of enterprise application for each company division. Assign and manage project tasks, as well as tracking task/issue progression and resolution. Track project hours burned to stay within project budget amounts. Coordinated and led testing efforts which include 3 cycles of data validation, system functionality and performance testing. Provide day to day support for current ETRM product, Quorum. Significantly reduced IT Cost by resolving all reported ETRM application issues internally.
