   Field Construction Advisor Lead at Jingoli Power for San Diego Gas Electric (SDGE) Renewable Resources Construction (Microgrid, Battery & Hydrogen Storage Systems).• Leads a team of 12 FCAs providing construction management for San Diego Gas & Electric’s (SDGE) Battery and Hydrogen Energy Storage construction projects providing 270MW of power to California’s electric grid.• Provides direct consultation to SDGE’s Construction and Project Managers on the performance of all contractors in accordance with KPIs, contract specifications, OSHA safety regulations and utility construction standards.• Maintains access control to all SDGE’s substations for coordination of distribution/transmission electric grid hold authorizations supporting all contractor scope of work on or near SDGE’s electrical system.• Review and/or approve contractor scope modifications, change order requests, material submittals, monthly invoicing, and as-built designs.• Performs constructability review on contractor’s preliminary civil, structural, and electric engineering design plans prior to Issue for Construction (IFC).
