Built a SQL data model that combined sales, sub-market, and HR analytics data for key markets in THD’s initiative that focused on their PRO Business Unit and fed that data into a Tableau Dashboard, which was leveraged by the Executive Leadership Team to measure high-level effectiveness of said initiative. •Responsible for the Quarterly Business Report which summarizes and compares HR Metric Data (Headcount, Attrition, Terminations, etc) by Business Unit YoY and QoQ. •Part of the team that built out a SQL data model that created a table that was used by our internal Data Science team to draw correlations across a number of metrics that ultimately helped determined what defined an effective associate in a specific role.
