Before starting a data & analytics consultancy, I worked in management consultancy, specialist supplier, and client-side roles. I am known for being a people focussed, motivating, results-oriented leader with a knack for driving transformational business and technology change through data and analytics.My career spans various sectors, including financial services, marketing, utilities, media, pharma, education, logistics, e-commerce, automotive, and construction. I\'ve led teams of up to 100 FTE, managed operational budgets over £150m, developed business cases >£300m and delivered strategic transformation projects with multi-million-pound budgets. I\'ve held executive roles up to director level and frequently collaborate with executives & boards to develop strategies & transformational change plans.Within my consultancy work areas of specialism include:> DATA STRATEGY: Data strategy definition & business case development including, data maturity assessment, operating model design & organisational change delivery, change leadership & management.> DATA & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT: Business and technical skills to review, shape and deliver Analytics, AI, ML, CRM, MDM, Business Intelligence/MI, Data Migration, Regulatory Reporting, Data Quality, Data Catalogue and Data Governance programmes.Within my non-executive portfolio, I am supporting the launch of 2 startups and chair the audit & risk committee at an FE college, leveraging my corporate governance and risk management expertise.
