Hepatology Clinical Research Assistant for Dr.Wei Zhang. In the inpatient clinic, participated in pre-Rounds meetings and accompanied the MGH liver team during rounds. Witnessed exemplary patient bedside manner and care by all MGH staff. The outpatient experience was similar except more focused on individual patients. Saw Dr.Zhang perform colonoscopy and esophagus-gastro-duodenoscopy procedures and asked questions. Shadowing in the morning and doing clinical research in the afternoons for the summer of 2023. Experience with epic hyperspace interface for patient chart review.Assisted Dr.Zhang in chart review and collection of patient data.
