As the Project Manager for azmentors.com - a Mentorship platform connecting aspiring professionals with experts across industries, I lead the strategic execution and delivery of projects that drive product development, user engagement, and platform growth. I work closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, and operations) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Led the end-to-end product development lifecycle of azmentors.com’s MVP, from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.Spearheaded the development of onboarding flows, dashboards, and interfaces for Mentors, Mentees, and Admin users using the Scrum Agile framework.Coordinated UI/UX redesign, including drafting and managing the Product Requirements Document (PRD) and vendor agreement.Established and managed the project environment on Jira, creating sprints, backlog grooming sessions, and sprint reviews.Key Achievements:Successfully onboarded over 100 mentors and 50 mentees in the first operational quarter, prioritizing real-user feedback to refine product features.Launched a fully functional MVP of azmentors.com within 90 days, with zero budget overruns.Built internal project tracking and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, sprint progress, and team deliverables, improving execution efficiency by 40%.Initiated and coordinated the automated AI marketing system project aimed at scaling outreach, lead nurturing, and user conversion for the platform.
