I am Chair of Maynard Cooper\'s Insurance Litigation Practice Group, which is comprised of approximately 30 attorneys who provide litigation and counseling services to U.S. based insurance carriers that write a variety of coverages, including individual and group life, health, and disability policies, as well as property and casualty, general liability, errors and omissions, and directors and officers policies and offer other retirement products and services such as annuities and asset management.
