I\'m currently Deputy Headteacher at Oak Wood School in Hillingdon, which was graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in May 2022. I\'ve been a Senior Leader for over a decade, with experience of all areas of secondary leadership including: sixth form, careers, behaviour, child protection & safeguarding (NSPCC trained DSL), SEND (qualified SENCo), teaching and learning, assessment & data, curriculum and professional development. I am a Youth Mental Health First Aid Instructor, and have trained over 200 people in person and online. I have been a secondary school staff governor, and I am currently a primary school governor leading on SEND, Pupil Premium and Equalities. Edexcel A level Politics Examiner.
