The Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Services (TAHRS) team collaborates with public sector and non-profit clients to provide human resources expertise and best practice recommendations in a variety of areas. Our team partners with clients to conduct general, middle management, or specialized recruitment and selection services. We utilize the expertise of our team members to provide interim placement, on demand, or on-going human resources consultation. We leverage of knowledge, skills, and abilities to conduct audit and compliance of client\'s human resource function, review and update employee handbooks or personnel policies, and conduct workplace investigations. Most recently, we have developed and implemented a Human Resource Membership.
