As the Chief Program Manager at NI, part of Emerson, I lead global teams and projects to optimize the supply chain and manufacturing operations of a leading provider of test, measurement, and automation solutions. I have over 15 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing operations, and over 15 years of experience in program management, with certifications in both fields (PMP, CPIM).My core competencies include strategy development, business transformation, cost savings, and people development. I have successfully designed, led, and implemented four different global software ERP/MRP/APS projects, delivering significant improvements in performance metrics, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and capital savings. I am also adept at applying new concepts, techniques, and technologies, such as agile, lean, and continuous improvement methodologies, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain and manufacturing operations.
