Ed is a Corporate Audit and Assurance Partner at Deloitte in London with over 18 years of experience supporting clients globally across diverse sectors, with a focus on the Technology and Media industries. Ed has significant expertise in internal controls, having led many engagements for US listed entities subject to SOX compliance. Ed has combined a strong track record of supporting UK listed entities from FTSE 100s to AIM companies, along with private, and internationally owned businesses. His Tech credentials include companies operating in Cloud computing, Software-as-a-Service and Datacentres while Media experience includes working with Media Buying businesses, global creative agencies, branding and communications.Ed is committed to leveraging extensive professional insights and technology tools to drive high-quality outcomes for clients, sharing perspectives with Boards and Audit Committees on a broad range of topics.Having lived and worked in Latin America and served many global clients, Ed brings different perspectives and a strong global network to the client relationships he leads.Both within client leadership roles and across the practice Ed has a passion for people development and operational excellence. He is actively engaged in the wider community as a member of the Board of Governors and Chair of the Finance Committee at Frederick Bremer Secondary School in Walthamstow, London.
