As a Tri State Area Board Member my responsibiility is to bring new ideas & solutions to issues that youth football face locally, regionally, and nationally. I am also responsible for learning and implementing new initiatives for safety & physical fitness by the NFL & USA FOOTBALL (i.e: Heads Up Football, Helmet Protection, NFL PLAY 60).As a Head Coach I am responsible for teaching the basic principles and fundamentals of football.My role as a Commissioner is to implement all intitiatives and enforce the rules of football at the club level.
