We are currently delivering on key global projects bringing a depth and breadth of knowledge that is unique in the Nuclear Sector. We provide seasoned professionals from our global resources, from consulting, transformation, technical design, project & commercial management we work with our client’s providing the critical friend across the whole life cycle of building a new nuclear asset. When the rubber hits the road bringing knowledge and experience from previous delivered work counts.I undertake commercial management, assurance, and governance reviews on large nuclear new build, future SMR’s and AMR new builds across the UK and Europe. With a focus on agile ways of working to clearly define what we are delivering, how we are delivering and provide a transparent audit trail for all stakeholders and approval authorities linked back to the approved business case with a no surprises approach to change when it occurs.
