The mission of Jay Nolan Community Services, Inc.(JNCS) is to enable individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other Developmental Disabilities to live fulfilling lives as members of the community by providing support services customized to their individual needs. Jay Nolan Community Services offers several programs tailored to fit the specific needs of each individual we serve. • Directly responsible for full non-profit agency oversight, including a $24 million annual budget. • Directly serve the agency\'s Board of Directors. • Oversee business development and fundraising efforts. • Provide executive level leadership for all divisions of the agency. • Directly and indirectly responsible for all programs of the agency, business/financial management, coordination and supervision of staff, community/public relations, and liaison between the agency and the Board of Directors. • Represent agency at community events, public relations events, on-air interviews and promotions, local, state, and federal advocacy efforts, and fund-raisers. • Staff of 650+, serving individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities - age 12 to 70+ through several community-based programs.
