A true financial professional who is interested in better servicing investors and borrowers, Edward Piazza draws upon his financial acumen, past experiences, and a genuine belief in long-term solvency to help lead Titan Funding LLC into the future. A graduate of SUNY Potsdam (BS in finance) and the University of Miami (MBA in banking/finance), Edward chose a career path that put him directly in front of borrowers of every type – from home buyers to commercial developers to investment partnership groups. His experiences at both a small Community Bank (First Choice Bank) and a larger Money Center Bank (PnC) made him realize how poor customer service was at these institutions. Thus, he made it a focus to better serve the person (or people) on the other side of the desk. This led to continued upward mobility, whether developing the South Florida footprint for PnC or being a founding member of Berkley Capital Corp, which went on to become the largest net branch of First Choice Bank, resulting in volume of 500MM in a year’s time. This demonstrated acumen of banking service and growth culminated in the founding of Titan Funding LLC in 2014. Titan Funding LLC serves a specific niche, specializing in debt and equity for commercial, residential, hard money, foreign national and similar transactions. But it’s the commitment to building relationships and service that sets the firm apart. In short, besides the individual transaction at hand, the company’s (and Edward’s) goal is to also exceed the client’s overall portfolio aims and performance expectations.
