I have successfully managed and implemented several large-scale projects, such as the transition of our current Operating Model, the launch of the Broadband Sales teams, and the integration of new products and services. I am passionate about employee engagement and leadership, and I have developed and executed various initiatives to enhance the skills, motivation, and well-being of my team. I am now open to explore new opportunities that align with my passion for coaching and inspiring individuals to be the best versions of themselves.
