Negotiate and issue contracts for all confirmed events for both Arena and Showroom venues while coordinating and managing property-wide event calendars· Create event pro formas, diagrams, and manifests in addition to annual budgets and forecasts for the calendar year including projections for attendance and revenue· Develop and preserve relationships with industry professionals, governing agencies, communication mediums, convention and visitor authorities and the general public · Advise the Executive Director and Showroom Manager on current events and tours· Coordinate and manage on an annual basis with the NCAA, West Coast Conference (WCC), and Western Athletic Conference (WAC) for each of the conference\'s annual postseason basketball tournaments · Worked exclusively with the Henderson Silver Knights (AHL) during their temporary tenancy
