VP Legal supporting Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology (previously Disney\'s Media and Entertainment Distribution Technology) organization, including leading transactions and counseling for ad and content platforms, software engineering, viewer experience, and social media, marketing, and content production technology related to direct-to-consumer streaming services (Disney+, ESPN+, Hulu, and Star+) and other digital properties. Previously, as Assistant General Counsel - Technology, supported Disney\'s Enterprise Technology organization, formerly known as Disney Technology Solutions and Services (DTSS), focusing on strategic infrastructure/cloud, architecture, and engineering initiatives and transactions that drive the development, delivery, and operation of guest-facing digital content and applications across The Walt Disney Company; and - Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) segment\'s technology, emerging technology, innovation, and connected products and initiatives, including development, licensing, and launch of Playmation and Star Wars: Jedi Challenges AR experience. Lead advisor to enterprise-wide and segment-level senior leadership, including CIO and CTO. Subject matter expert on emerging technologies, including AR/VR/MR, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and open source software. Manage a team of legal professionals. Co-Chair of Disney Lawyers of Color affinity group (FY20) and IMPACT (Initiating Movement & Presence for Asian American/Pacific Islander Communities Today) business and employee resource group (FY21-22).
