I am driven to believe that leveraged nonprofits and hybrid organizations can do much more in addressing issues that affect those that live in the shadows and are economically and socially disenfranchised. I am an experienced leader who is passionate in moving organizations to fully embrace the role that social entrepreneurship can play in making inroads in intractable social issues. I believe that once social entrepreneurship begins to fully resonates, it will nurture an environment where organizations will begin to create innovative and transformative approaches in addressing a myriad of social issues. To help these organizations that operate in market failure environments, I believe that they need to fully understand both operational and strategic agility. As a person driven to help these organizations become what they are meant to be, I have the unique opportunity to speak with, train and develop up and coming leaders of these organizations to accept that business concepts and market forces can help liberate them to fully manifest into leaders that can guide organizations to become what they are meant to be….better, different, new, and transformative at a scale never before seen or experienced.
